  We've taken our 8 month old pup there 3 times first time the lady was amazing with him really patient, second time they were OK but said he had to come back as they could finish him in the 2 hours they quoted, third time was a mess they cut his coat way to short and when you rub your fingers threw his coat it starts off with no hairs in between your fingers to a lot of hair and they didn't even try to tidy his head so I now have a dodgy cut on a puppy and no wonder he hates the grooms now as they weren't patient with him the second time as he is very nervous round new people and I told them that. Never going here again as it's not worth they money and the prices are too much for what they do
